Returns Policy

4 Step Return Process
1. Complete the official returns form. Please use the link below to download a form.
2. Contact MCINO directly on Instagram or by email requesting the returns address.
3. Post the package with the returns form inside the package using a tracked postage service.
4. Upon receiving your returned package, MCINO will action your refund or exchange. You will receive either an exchange confirmation or refund confirmation by email.

Please Note
If you are not happy with the received goods, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

  • Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order.
  • Ensure your return is securely packaged and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
  • Returns must be shipped with a service which provides a tracking service and insurance as we are not liable for delayed or lost packages.
Returns Terms and Guidelines
1. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original and resalable condition.
2. MCINO is not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
3. Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to avoid being damaged while in transit.
4. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, socks and underwear cannot be returned.
5. MCINO does not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the returns transit.
6. For international returns, please mark the package with “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
7. MCINO is not responsible for the return customs charges.
8. MCINO Custom pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds.
 
A refund will be issued to the original method of payment. MCINO requires up to 5 business days of receiving the items at the MCINO warehouse to initiate the refund process. Financial Institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are credited to your account. You will receive an email notification from us once the refund has been actioned.
